Job Description
Summary of the role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trading Assistant. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of supporting all the trading team in administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Control and reception of signed purchase/sale orders.
- Management of purchase/sale order signatures.
- Registration in the EXW and/or FOB business system.
- CONTRACTS: creating references, registering in the system, intercompany and document control.
- Following general and specific negotiation objectives in the short and long term.
- Ensuring that contracts are up to date, as well as their policies.
- Generating reports when necessary.
- Constant communication with finance, logistics, quality, and production.
- Traveling when necessary to further develop relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Assisting traders in carrying out daily activities.
- Performing other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
- Representing the company at industry events to create awareness and visibility of the global group.
Job Qualifications
- Professional in business administration, international trade, administrative careers, and/or related fields.
- Having built a career within the organization
- At least 1 year of overall experience
