Position: Vendor Risk Management Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Stipend- 15k
Types of Disability- Low vision, Hard of Hearing, Locomotor disability (without any support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Supplier Change Notice (SCN) tool to manage vendor onboarding processes for both new and reactivated vendors, as well as existing vendors undergoing review.
- Perform risk assessments on vendors using the Moody's Catalyst tool, analyzing results to determine risk levels (Green, Amber, Red).
- Communicate risk assessment findings to the GP team via the SCN tool, highlighting any vendors requiring further assessment or rejection.
- Collaborate with various teams as required to facilitate exceptional risk assessments for vendors flagged as Amber or Red, ensuring timely resolution and communication of outcomes.
- Follow up with GP to ensure closure of action items for all rejected vendors, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards within the workflow system, providing regular updates on vendor risk status to stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the risk assessment process in the Moody's tool, staying informed of updates and best practices.
- Take ownership of end-to-end vendor risk testing processes, ensuring thorough evaluation and closure of rejected vendors.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of finance and risk management principles to support informed decision-making.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- Prior experience working in vendor risk management or procurement preferred.
- Familiarity with vendor management tools such as Moody's Catalyst and Supplier Change Notice (SCN) tool is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and BI.
