Job Description
. Manages a portfolio of company accounts while developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, planners, event organizers, venue owners, and suppliers.
· Provides excellent customer service by welcoming clients, fostering rapport, and establishing trust within the company’s premises.
· Prepares and presents proposals to clients, coordinating closely with both clients and the events operations team to ensure smooth execution.
· Addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly, resolving issues or directing clients to the appropriate department as needed.
· Oversees all social event opportunities, including lead generation, event planning, and representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and promotional activities.
· Supervises on-site event operations to ensure each event is executed successfully and meets client expectations.
· Compiles and submits detailed monthly and annual reports and dashboards for senior management review.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate events, social events, or large-scale functions.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with clients, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Quick thinking to address challenges or unexpected issues during event planning or execution.
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage numbers, budgets, invoices, and financial reports accurately.
