Job Description
• Represent our company in the region through cuppings, client visits, and industry events.
• Act as the main account manager for roasters in your portfolio: understand their needs, advise them, and ensure smooth purchasing. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in Eastern Europe.
• Provide accurate and timely administrative follow-up (offers, contracts, logistics).
• Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure clients receive coffee on time.
Job Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, marketing, or any related field is a plus
Experience:
• 3–5 years in the specialty coffee sector (green coffee, roasting, or trading experience is a strong advantage
Competences
• Deep knowledge of specialty coffee and roaster needs in the region.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Confident in leading cuppings and presenting coffees to clients.
• Good understanding of coffee origins, processing methods, and quality evaluation.
• Comfortable analyzing data, prices, and market trends.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines independently.
Languages:
• Proficiency in Czech/Slovak & English.
Other Requirements:
• Based in the Czech Republic, with the ability to work remotely.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region to meet clients and attend events.
