Job Description

The role:

Administrative Assistant  

Summary of the role:

Responsible for providing internal customer service with designated administrative activities, ensuring efficiency within the expected deadlines for all company areas and with suppliers.. 

Responsibilities:
It is included but not limited to:
• Responsible for screening phone calls (national and international).
• Receive correspondence and coffee samples.
• Support employees with administrative matters.
• Review supplier invoices and create Purchase Orders (PO).
• Organize and manage business trips, including flight reservations, accommodation, transfers, etc.
• Follow up on purchases made with corporate cards.
• Collaborating with the Human Resources department on special projects and events.
• Manage petty cash
• Other administrative tasks.

 

Job Qualifications

Qualifications and Education

  • Professional in Business Administration, Finance, or related administrative areas.

Experience

  • 2 years of experience.
  •  Or have made a career within the company.

Technical Competences

  • Experience with SAP – essential.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
