Job Description
The Burger Maker is responsible for preparing high-quality burgers and related menu items in accordance with international brand standards. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items as per company recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Check inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and storage.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Support the team in achieving daily production and customer satisfaction goals.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Burger Maker, preferably in an international restaurant chain.
Strong knowledge of fast-food kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Transferable Iqama (mandatory).
Ready to join immediately.
