Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Art Director with extensive experience across digital design, visual
production, and team leadership. This role requires guiding the creative department in developing refined,
technically sound visual and creative solutions while ensuring consistency across all digital and print outputs.
The Art Director will oversee end-to-end design and production processes, mentor multidisciplinary
creatives, and maintain rigorous quality standards. Collaboration with client management, marketing,
production and project management teams is essential to ensure creative work aligns with broader business
objectives. The ideal candidate remains informed on emerging technologies, production methodologies, and
digital design trends to support the continuous advancement of the organization’s creative capabilities.

Responsibilities
• Creative Direction and Visual Development
Lead the conceptualization and execution of advanced visual solutions across digital and
production-oriented initiatives.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive visual standards to ensure cohesion across all digital and
physical outputs.
• Oversee the development of visual assets, including digital interfaces, production graphics, motion
elements, and technical design components.
• Generate and implement innovative creative concepts that leverage emerging technologies and AI.
• Monitor developments in digital design, interface aesthetics, AI integration, and production
techniques to support forward-looking creative strategies.
Design Oversight and Quality Assurance
• Review and approve all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, technical excellence, and adherence
to established visual standards.
• Provide expert direction on typography, color systems, composition, digital interface styling, and
overall visual communication.
• Improve design workflows and production processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Ensure all visual materials are optimized for digital platforms, including interface components, highresolution
production assets, and technology-driven deliverables.

Team Leadership and Operational Management
•Lead and mentor senior and junior designers, motion specialists, and production artists.
• Assign responsibilities, provide structured feedback, and ensure project milestones and production
schedules are achieved.
• Foster a culture of disciplined creativity, technical precision, and continuous professional
development.
• Collaborate with technology teams, marketing, product leaders, and strategic partners to align
visual direction with organizational objectives.

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
• Present creative concepts, interface designs, and production-ready visuals to clients and internal
leadership for approval.
• Refine and adjust creative work based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining design integrity.
Industry Engagement and Professional Advancement
• Stay current with developments in digital design, AI-driven tools, production technologies, and interface
aesthetics.
• Participate in industry events, professional training, and development programs.
• Explore and test emerging creative software, AI solutions, and production methodologies to expand
technical and creative capabilities.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative work, or art direction,
  • with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, multimedia or a related field.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.): Advanced
  • proficiency in design software for creating and editing visual elements.
  • Strong conceptual skills to translate creative ideas into compelling visual solutions.
  • Digital Design: Experience in creating designs for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
  • Print Production: Knowledge of the printing process, file preparation, and quality control for
  • printed materials.
  • Video & Motion Graphics: Experience in creating motion graphics or working with video
  • editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively to
  • clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and manage a creative team, providing
  • guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in order to meet project deadlines
