Main Responsibilities / 主要职责：

Warehouse Operations Management / 仓库运营管理

• Oversee the daily operations of the bonded warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all relevant regulations. 监督保税仓库的日常运营，确保效率和遵守所有相关法规
• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of coffee products, maintaining accurate inventory records. 管理咖啡产品的接收、存储和发货，确保库存记录无误

Regulatory Compliance / 合规管理

• Ensure the warehouse complies with all local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding bonded goods. 确保仓库符合所有关于保税货物的本地、国家和国际法律法规。
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for customs and excise purposes. 为海关和消费税目的保持准确和最新的文件记录

Inventory Control / 库存控制

• Implement and manage inventory control systems to track the movement and storage of coffee products. 实施和管理库存控制系统，以跟踪咖啡产品的移动和存储
• Conduct regular physical inventories and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. 定期进行实物库存检查和审计，以确保库存准确性

Quality Assurance / 质量保证

• Ensure the quality and integrity of stored coffee by maintaining proper storage conditions. 通过保持适当的存储条件，确保存储咖啡的质量和完整性。
• Address any issues related to product quality, including contamination or damage. 处理与产品质量相关的任何问题，包括污染或损坏

Team Management / 团队管理

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. 监督、培训和发展仓库员工，以实现最佳绩效并遵守安全标准
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse employees to ensure efficient operations. 安排和分配仓库员工的任务，确保高效运营。

Safety and Security / 安全和安保

• Implement and enforce safety and security policies to protect staff and inventory. 实施和执行安全和安保政策，以保护员工和库存。
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for warehouse personnel. 定期进行安全检查和仓库人员培训

Customer Service / 客户服务

• Liaise with clients, customs officials, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues related to warehouse operations. 与客户、海关官员和其他利益相关者联系，解答查询并解决与仓库运营相关的问题。
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their storage and shipping needs are met efficiently. 为客户提供卓越服务，确保满足他们的存储和运输需求

Reporting and Analysis / 报告分析

• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and compliance status. 准备关于仓库绩效的定期报告，包括库存水平、发货和接收活动及合规情况。
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. 分析运营数据，确定需要改进的领域，并实施必要的纠正措施。

Cost Management / 成本管理：

• Monitor and control warehouse operating costs, including labor, equipment, and supplies. 监控和控制仓库运营成本，包括人工、设备和供应品。
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency. 制定和管理预算，确保财务效率

Continuous Improvement / 持续改进

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and implement innovative solutions. 识别改进仓库流程的机会并实施创新解决方案。
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance warehouse operations 保持对行业趋势和最佳实践的更新，以提升仓库运营

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years at management level
• 5 or more years of related experience and/or training with warehouse management, inventory management and operations
• Good English
• Experience in commodity trading is a plus
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible                  
• Good knowledge of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and training procedure
