Job Purpose

To lead and execute the e-commerce product strategy, driving digital marketplace growth by defining the product roadmap, enhancing user experience, and launching innovative features—while ensuring all initiatives are delivered within a 25,000 SAR budget and aligned with the organization's customer-centric vision for the Saudi market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Define and execute e-commerce product roadmap
  • Increase online conversion rates by 20%+
  • Launch 3+ new product features per quarter
  • Optimize user experience for Saudi market
  • Manage product lifecycle within 25K SAR budget
  • Utilize product roadmap tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Apply data analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation
  • Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or custom)
  • Perform SQL and data querying
  • Apply UX/UI principles
  • Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and vision
  • Lead cross-functional teams
