Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented  HR Assistant. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day HR operations, provide administrative support, and assist with employee relations, recruitment.

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Provide support in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying time and attendance data.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR, office administration, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
