Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day HR operations, provide administrative support, and assist with employee relations, recruitment.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Provide support in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying time and attendance data.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR, office administration, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
