Summary of the Role

Responsible for data management and accurate reporting of coffee reports

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage the XBS.
  • Ensure quality data is correctly entered in XBS.
  • Type in data quickly and efficiently.
  • Verify data by comparing it to the source documents.
  • Update existing data.
  • Produce reports if and when required.
  • Manage the log of quality reports.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

Academic Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Agricultural science/plant science or other related fields
  • Preferable experience working with XBS Software
  • Preferably have a certificate of competency in coffee evaluation
  • Be a certified Arabica Q grader (Plus)
  • Additional Certificates are a plus
