Job Description

Position Summary:

The Head of Sales will lead and expand our sales operations, manage existing client accounts, and actively develop new business opportunities. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, market insight, and a hands-on approach to achieve growth targets and strengthen the company’s market position.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and projects in the construction and steel industries.

Oversee and guide the sales team to maximize performance and customer engagement.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and factory capabilities.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Job Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in construction materials, steel structures, or related industries.

Strong network of contacts among contractors, developers, and fabricators.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Technical understanding of steel products (sandwich panels, purlins, roofing, etc.) is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, construction management or related fields.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D rendering or visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, photoshop, or equivalent).

Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
