Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Sale Representative for Cosmetic Pharmaceuticals to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative cosmetic pharmaceutical products to beauty professionals, dermatologists, and retail outlets across the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our cosmetic pharmaceutical line
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and applications to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
- Manage sales territory effectively, including planning travel and optimizing routes for client visits
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic pharmaceutical products and the beauty industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Relevant certifications in cosmetic or pharmaceutical sales are a plus
- Understanding of local beauty and skincare trends in Qatar and the surrounding region
