Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant & Auditor to join our dynamic team in Dwarka, India. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations in India
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to drive business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing roles
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and Indian accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective time management and planning capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing complex financial reports and statements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Dwarka, India
  • Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations
