Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth product knowledge and ability to explain complex features to customers
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Preference will be given to Saudi Citizens.
