Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth product knowledge and ability to explain complex features to customers
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Preference will be given to Saudi Citizens.
