Job Description

Job Objective:
Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing business growth and enhancing the company’s market share by attracting new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
● Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
● Build and maintain strategic relationships with potential clients and business partners.
● Prepare company presentations, profiles, and competitive pricing proposals.
● Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts.
● Analyze the market and competitors to identify trends and growth opportunities.
● Monitor business development performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
● Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
● Provide suggestions for product and service development based on market needs.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
● Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
● Ability to prepare and analyze reports.
● Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is preferred.
