We are hiring a Tire Center Manager in Congo, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train, supervise and effectively manage team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Propose strategies to management for attracting and retaining customers
• Oversee the branch’s financial services and well being
• Follow up with customer service and sales teams
• Manage employee labor relations
• Stay informed about competitor market trends
• Conduct inventory on a weekly basis and prepare financial reports
Job Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• Technician / Mechanical degree
• 3+ years of experience in managing garage or pneumatic service center
• Fluent in French & English are a must
• Age between 28-45 years old
