Job Description

We are looking for two (2) Middle to Senior Fullstack Developers (ReactJS / .NET) to join our growing software engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications that support Sucafina's digital transformation initiatives.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using.NET/C# and ReactJS (TypeScript).
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
  • Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Refactor and modernize existing applications to improve maintainability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience delivering fullstack web applications in a commercial environment.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Technical Competencies:

  • Backend: Strong experience with.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core
  • Frontend: Strong experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Database: Strong knowledge of SQL Server.
  • UI/UX: Interest or basic exposure to UI/UX design and Bootstrap.
  • Problem Solving: Basic troubleshooting abilities for technical issues.
