We are hiring a Showroom Manager / Sales Engineer for a reputable company in Congo, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare sales reports, analyze performance & implement improvement plans
• Handles customer complaints and resolve them effectively & efficiently
• Maintain proper visual merchandising & inventory stock levels
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, motivates and train the Sales team
Job Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• Technical experience in Car accessories, power tools & machinery is a MUST
• 3+ Years of Experience in Management and Sales
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Similar
• Age between 25 – 35
• French is MUST
