IT Support Analyst

About this Position

Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in fast-paced, science-driven environments? As an On-Site IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing technology operations across R&D labs, manufacturing spaces, and office environments.

You will serve as the first point of contact for IT needs across the organization, supporting scientists, engineers, production operators, and administrative teams, while helping build scalable IT systems in a regulated (GxP/cGMP) biotech environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your technical skill set, support cutting-edge biotechnology initiatives, and collaborate closely with.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site frontline support for desktops, laptops, lab instrument PCs, and network-connected equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across office, laboratory, and production environments.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, SAP, LIMS, and other enterprise systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier II/III or system administrators as needed.
  • Support user account creation, permissions, and security group management in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Install, configure, image, and maintain workstations, laptops, and lab computers.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, hardware tracking, and software license records.
  • Document IT changes, incidents, and configurations in alignment with change control processes.
  • Maintain accurate records within the IT helpdesk/ticketing system
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint security, MFA, encryption, and data protection.

Job Skills/Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on IT support or systems support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and basic networking.
  • Basic networking knowledge (cable tracing, troubleshooting).
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Strong documentation, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn across multiple IT domains.

Pay Range

Salary: $50,000 annually
