Job Description
- Track progress of new development projects.
- Receive and manage incoming lab samples.
- Review COA parameters and technical documents.
- Support formula development activities.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timeline and quality compliance.
- Other tasks assigned by Reporting Line
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Biotechnology.
- 2 years of experience as an R&D Engineer in coffee, beverage, or FMCG food industry.
- Practical experience in product development, formula optimization, and factory trials.
- Experience in instant coffee, powder products, or packaged foods is preferred.
