Job Description
In charge of Payables including and not limiting to:
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classification, computing, posting and recording accounts data
- Maintain AP accounts to ensure that all accounts are reconciled and up to day
- Perform closing of AP with accuracy and respect of deadline
- Banks bookings and reconciliations.
- Bookings of OH/ logistics costs & factory costs.
- Monthly AP report with clear and informative comments.
Job Qualifications
- BA or equivalent with a major in accounting
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience in a public accounting and a commodity trading company is preferable but not required
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Excel, PBI, Pivot table, and Accounting software.
- Languages: Good English communication
