Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for Riyadh roles. You will manage the full recruiting pipeline end-to-end while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring hiring goals are met on time and within budget.
Job PurposeOwn the recruiting lifecycle for Riyadh openings—driving efficient sourcing, accurate pipeline management, timely interview coordination, and data-informed reporting to ensure open roles are filled within agreed timeframes while improving candidate experience and retention.

- Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels)
- Job posting and screening workflows
- Candidate pipeline management

Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience using ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse/Workday)
- Proven sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel approaches
- Strong knowledge of job posting, screening, and pipeline workflows
- Experience coordinating interviews and applying consistent evaluation frameworks
- Ability to track recruiting metrics and produce recruiting analytics/reporting
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong relationship management with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
