Job Description
- Support and progressively assume responsibility in instant coffee trading activities, balancing profitability and risk
- Develop new customers and markets, contributing to sales targets and growth
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply–demand dynamics for soluble coffee
- Assist in contract negotiation and execution in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, R&D, and quality teams to ensure smooth trade execution to customers
- Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field with good academic records; Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Commodity Trading (e.g. coffee, soybeans, agricultural products) are welcome.
- Strong command of verbal and written English
- Basic knowledge of pricing, hedging, and risk management concepts
- Familiarity with trade execution processes, including tenders and key contract terms
- Understanding of logistics flows and planning/production processes supporting trade execution
