We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Brand Promoter Operations Executive to lead the recruitment, coordination, and day-to-day management of our promoter and brand ambassador network.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Management

* Source, recruit, interview, and onboard promoters and brand ambassadors.
* Build and maintain a strong database of qualified talent.
* Evaluate promoter performance and maintain updated profiles and records.
* Continuously grow the talent pool across different profiles and locations.

Operations & Booking

* Assign and schedule promoters based on client requirements, availability, and project needs.
* Confirm bookings and manage last-minute staffing changes efficiently.
* Coordinate briefing sessions and ensure all promoters receive complete activation details.
* Ensure uniforms, logistics, schedules, and materials are communicated before each activation.

Activation Management

* Follow up with promoters before, during, and after every activation.
* Monitor attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and overall performance.
* Ensure all client requirements and KristiesLab standards are met throughout each project.
* Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining excellent service quality.

Reporting & Administration

* Collect attendance records, timesheets, daily reports, and activation photos.
* Maintain accurate operational documentation and promoter records.
* Coordinate with HR to ensure contracts and required documentation are complete and up to date.
* Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and approved working hours.

Client & Team Coordination

* Work closely with the Operations, Account Management, and HR teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Build strong relationships with promoters while maintaining high engagement and retention.
* Ensure clear communication between internal teams, promoters, and clients whenever required.

Job Qualifications

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, operations, events, hospitality, or field team management.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activations simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Experience with staffing, scheduling, or CRM systems is an advantage.
* Fluent in English and Arabic.
