Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Resort Sales Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our resort's services and amenities to potential guests and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and revenue growth
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our resort's facilities and services
- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to generate leads
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in hospitality or tourism sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms for business development
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, including luxury resort offerings and amenities
- Understanding of local and international travel market trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Certifications such as Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) are advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
