In this role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain equipment, and ensure all systems and networks operate efficiently. Job Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure consistent performance
• Document technical issues and solutions for training and future reference
Job Skills/Requirements
• 6+ months of experience in technical or IT support
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of system setup, software installation, and basic networking
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Customer-focused approach and team-oriented mindset

Pay Range
$18–$20/hour
