We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused SPA Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a SPA Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at our spa facility.

• Welcome and greet spa guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Schedule and manage appointments for various spa treatments and services
• Assist guests with questions about spa treatments, products, and facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa area
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are properly stocked with supplies
• Assist therapists and other spa staff as needed
• Handle cash and process payments for services and retail products
• Promote and sell spa products and services to guests
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Knowledge of spa treatments and services
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for managing appointments and processing payments
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred
• Spa or massage therapy certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting tasks
