Job Description
Monitor and observe employees’ computer activity during working hours in accordance with company policies.
Take clear and accurate notes about any unusual or concerning activity.
Inform the Team Leader or Senior Operator about detected issues or observations in a timely manner.
Follow internal guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all monitored data.
Prepare short daily or shift-based reports.
Support the team with other monitoring-related tasks when needed.
Job Qualifications
Good command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Confident computer user (Microsoft Office, basic online tools).
No previous experience required – training will be provided.
Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to stay focused.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
