Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail driven Creative Marketing and Communications
Manager to lead SaudiBridge’s brand identity, storytelling, content, and marketing presence
across digital and physical channels. This role combines creative direction, content
development, visual design oversight, experiential and event communications, and campaign
execution.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands ecosystem positioning, can
translate strategy into compelling visuals and messaging, and can design marketing outputs that
reflect the premium and global nature of SaudiBridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage SaudiBridge’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for programs, delegations, partnerships, and corporate initiatives.
- Create and oversee high quality content including presentations, decks, reports, social media content, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Write clear and compelling copy for proposals, announcements, partnerships, campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Support event and delegation communications including branding, on site visuals, agendas, backdrops, and overall experience design.
- Contribute to experiential and spatial event design by supporting Associate Art Direction across stage branding, space layouts, visual applications, and creative production.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and production partners to ensure consistent and premium creative standards.
- Develop digital presence across LinkedIn, website, and communication channels while maintaining brand alignment.
- Collaborate with business development and operations teams to translate services and initiatives into strong narratives and marketing assets.
- Ensure messaging is aligned with the Saudi ecosystem, Vision 2030 positioning, and SaudiBridge’s bridging mandate.
- Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely development and delivery of marketing outputs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand communications, content creation, or creative direction.
- Expert-level proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong writing, editing, and storytelling capability, and the ability to develop high-quality professional content for both local and international audiences.
- Ability to conceptualize, brief, and oversee visual design and creative assets across print
- and digital formats.
- Previous experience in event design, branding, or event management is highly preferred.
- Experience working as an Events Designer or contributing to experiential and spatial design for stages, booths, exhibitions, or brand activations is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on ability or working knowledge in 3D design tools for concept visualization and space layout design is highly valued.
- Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation for campaigns, presentations, or event highlights is a strong plus.
- Understanding of the Saudi entrepreneurship and business ecosystem is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple
- priorities in parallel.
- Creative mindset with a structured, professional, and high-standard execution approach.
