Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused VIP Guest Relations Officer to join our prestigious team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our guest services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized experiences to our high-profile and VIP guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations from arrival to departure.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, anticipating their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of VIP guest experiences, including customized itineraries, special requests, and exclusive services
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of premium services
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to enhance VIP offerings
  • Stay informed about local events, attractions, and cultural activities to provide expert recommendations
  • Prepare detailed guest profiles and maintain accurate records for future reference
  • Conduct post-stay follow-ups and gather feedback to continuously improve services

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
  • Proven track record of handling VIP clients or high-profile individuals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office suite
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and etiquette
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Luxury hospitality certifications are a plus
