Job Description
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and support the team while ensuring operational objectives and service standards are achieved.
- Coordinate workload and resources to maintain productivity, quality, and timely delivery.
- Monitor team performance and assist in resolving operational issues and escalations.
- Drive training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capability and continuity.
Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee day-to-day transactional finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support business requirements and issue resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and service quality.
- Support system enhancements, process transformation initiatives, testing activities, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal control requirements.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and review operational reports, providing analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct quality reviews and address process gaps, risks, and outstanding items.
- Monitor KPIs and service metrics, driving performance improvements and operational excellence.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting sustainable business outcomes.
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in AP, AR, or finance operations within a shared services, regional, or multinational environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Commodity trading or commercial industry experience preferred but not necessarily;
- 1+ year of team leadership experience (minimum 3 team members).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
