Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
- Ticket creation/Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Contribute to team coordination and support colleagues when required.
- Identify areas for process improvement and share suggestions with the team/management.
Job Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Good team coordination and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
