We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst II to support business performance through data-driven insights and process optimization. In this role, you’ll enhance operational efficiency, align cross-functional teams, and contribute to successful product launches. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports on a regular cadence.
• Oversee new product launch activities, ensuring milestones are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain cross-functional communication to align goals and deliverables.
• Manage budget tracking and monitor expenditures within approved limits.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related functions.
• Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills, with strong data analysis capability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in evolving environments.
• Onsite role located in New York, NY.

Pay Range
$45.00 – $55.00/hr
