We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our reputable company in Congo, DRC, Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze supply chain data, resolve operational issues & implement process improvements
•    Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts & coordinate logistics and inventory
•    Prepare & process purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
•    Coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs & forecast demand
•    Supervise & train staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
•    Ensure compliance with company procurement policies & quality standards
•    Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing & supplier performance
•    Develop Supply chain strategies to improve efficiency & reduce costs

 

Job Qualifications

Key Qualifications:
•    Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain or related field 
•    5+ years of experience in purchasing & invoicing 
•    Fluency in English & French is a MUST
•    Knowledge in ERP System or WMS
•    Experience in Africa is a Must
•    Age between 25 – 45
