About this Position
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful associate to support the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) within Wealth Management Operations. In this role, you’ll balance executive support with operational and analytical responsibilities. You’ll work closely with leadership, manage cross-functional projects, and help drive strategic initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Provide executive support through agendas, meeting notes, and presentations.
Act as liaison between CAO and internal/external stakeholders.
Track deliverables and support strategic initiatives and projects.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Monitor timelines, milestones, and progress of cross-functional projects.
Job Skills/Requirements
5+ years of experience in corporate, consulting, reporting, or executive support roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure.
