Job Description
- Support and progressively assume responsibility in instant coffee trading activities, balancing profitability and risk
- Develop new customers and markets, contributing to sales targets and growth
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply–demand dynamics for soluble coffee
- Assist in contract negotiation and execution in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, R&D, and quality teams to ensure smooth trade execution to customers
- Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
Job Qualifications
- Dynamic, proactive, highly motivated to build a career in the coffee industry; willing to learn about our products;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of experience in Commodity Trading (e.g. coffee, soybeans, agricultural products), Logistics, with driven mindset;
- Proficient in English (4 skills);
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
