πŸ“ Location: Beirut | πŸ•˜ Full-time | Office-based

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support professional to join our team. This role is ideal for responsible, communicative individuals who enjoy working with clients and developing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support in Arabic

  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer issues

  • Minimize errors and ensure process efficiency

  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members

  • Follow company policies for attendance and break times

Qualities & Competencies:

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized

  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

  • Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude

  • Quick learner with strong teamwork and communication skills

Skills:

  • Clear and well-structured verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability

  • Good computer skills β€” no specific programs required; training provided

Languages:

  • Arabic

  • English and French – a plus 

Salary & Benefits:
