Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Craft a wide range of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, adhering to standardized recipes and our elevated hospitality standards
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our coffee menu, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to educate and guide guests
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care
- Provide exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming atmosphere in line with our luxury environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and handle cash transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and improve barista skills
- Support opening and closing procedures, and assist in developing seasonal drink specials
