Key job responsibilities
-Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure.
-Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal.
-Cross functional coordination and alignment with different stakeholders.
-Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program.
-Monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, operations, and business leaders.
- SQL, Data querying, excel proficiency, excellent deep dive skills
- Knowledge or willingness to learn nuances of Operations
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
