Job Description
- Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiovascular, and gynecology.
- Handle surgical instruments, assist with patient preparation, and provide post-operative care.
- Ensure compliance with OT safety protocols, including infection prevention, surgical site marking, and patient safety standards.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring optimal care and recovery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals for seamless surgical operations.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and a valid nursing license.
- Completed Data Flow and Prometric exam (if not already licensed in Qatar).
- 5-10 years of experience in an operating theater (OT) or surgical setting.
- Knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to join immediately or within a notice period of fewer than 2 months.
