• Conduct one-on-one and group fitness sessions, tailoring exercises to meet individual client needs and goals
• Develop and implement personalized workout plans for clients of various fitness levels
• Perform fitness assessments and track client progress, adjusting programs as necessary
• Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to ensure client safety
• Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness objectives and maintain a healthy lifestyle
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create engaging and effective programs

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness programs, and workout equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in creating personalized workout plans and using fitness assessment tools
• Understanding of nutrition principles and their impact on fitness
• Knowledge of injury prevention techniques and basic rehabilitation exercises
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for fitness and commitment to ongoing professional development in the field
