Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Operate and maintain Kubernetes platforms across public and private cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance.
  • Monitor platform health and manage incidents end-to-end, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
  • Maintain actionable observability through effective alerting, runbooks and documentation.
  • Support client onboarding and deliver platform improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort, improve performance and streamline processes.
  • Manage platform capacity, upgrades and lifecycle activities to ensure infrastructure remains current and able to meet demand.

Job Qualifications

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, with hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across application and infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with automation and scripting, including Unix scripting.
  • Proficiency in any coding or scripting language, such as Python or Java.
  • Strong Linux/Unix command-line fundamentals and experience working in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and observability tools such as Helm, Terraform, Grafana or Prometheus is advantageous.
