Job Description
Summary of the Role:
- Lead and oversee the preparation of weekly bank position reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple entities.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity for critical financial reports, including Bank Position, Hedge, Forex, and Discounting/Factoring.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to strengthen treasury operations and reporting efficiency.
- Develop and expand local banking lines across APAC, negotiating terms and optimizing credit facilities to support regional growth and working capital needs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Oversee collaboration with the Trading Team on Forex positions and ensure timely daily confirmations with banking partners.
- Manage and monitor follow-ups with Payment Teams for Forex payments on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead monthly reconciliation of Forex positions, reviewing variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Review and validate bank positions (Syndications, Bilateral facilities), Hedge reports, and Limit Files prepared by team members.
- Provide guidance and oversight on Discounting/Factoring receivables positions to optimize financing solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data inputs for Cashflow, Hedge, Limit Files, and Margin Reports, while driving process improvements.
- Work in direct collaboration with Geneva HQ to report bank positions.
- Develop and expand local banking lines across APAC, negotiating credit facilities and optimizing liquidity structures.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Accounting/Corporate Finance, Banking as a plus.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Experience in an international environment with global collaboration is a plus but not required.
- English Fluency.
- Good experience in working with data.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Power BI as a plus but not required.
