We're hiring a real creative — designer, video editor, ad producer — who has fully integrated cutting-edge AI tools into their workflow. Not someone who tried Midjourney once. Someone producing insane content at high volume using the latest AI stack.

We're an international holding group in the prop trading industry, headquartered in Dubai, in aggressive expansion. You'll work exclusively on our own brands.

Job Description

You'll Work On

  • Paid ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube (volume production)

  • Social content across all platforms for multiple brands

  • Video ads: testimonials, VSLs, product demos, brand videos

  • AI-generated content at scale: spokesperson videos, b-roll, voiceovers

  • Design assets: banners, landing pages, email graphics

Job Qualifications

Strong Creative Foundation (non-negotiable)

  • Graphic design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma — ad creatives, social posts, banners

  • Video editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro

  • Multiple formats: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, VSLs, ad creatives

  • Understanding of what makes an ad convert — not just look pretty

AI Creative Power User (expert level, daily)

AI video generation:

  • Seedance 2.0 (ByteDance) — current leader, native audio-video, multi-shot, 1080p cinematic

  • Veo 3.1 (Google) — cinematic + native audio

  • Kling 3.0 / O1 — best human motion & facial expressions

  • Runway Gen-4.5 — top camera control

  • Hailuo 2.3, Luma, Pika, Higgsfield, Wan 2.6

AI image: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana 2, Ideogram

AI voice & avatars: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, AKOOL, Hedra, OmniHuman

AI editing: CapCut AI, Dreamina, Descript, Google Flow

You chain 3–5 AI tools in a single production and know which one delivers what.
