Our Purpose

285 million people in the world (4%) are either blind or visually impaired. Source: WHO

Many live a normal life, work as recruiters, accountants, programmers, designers ... and then lose their eyesight. The skills are there, but the job opportunities aren't.

But most employers don't know how to hire a blind individual. They don't know what jobs to make available or how to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate them.

We exist to create jobs and careers for blind and people with low vision. We'll train both candidates and employers through the hiring process and ensure a healthy, inclusive space once onboarded.
