Job Description
Assess, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through therapeutic interventions to improve clients' psychological well-being and quality of life.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve measurable client improvement in 80%+ of cases
- Complete comprehensive psychological assessments within 2 sessions
- Maintain 95%+ documentation and compliance accuracy
- Reduce client symptom severity scores by 30%+
- Sustain 90%+ client retention through treatment completion
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- State licensure as a Psychologist (e.g., LP, PhD)
- APA-accredited internship completion
- 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Specialized training in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.)
- Psychological assessment & testing (MMPI, WAIS, etc.)
- Diagnostic interviewing (DSM-5-TR)
- Evidence-based therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT)
- Clinical documentation & treatment planning
- Psychometric data analysis
- Crisis intervention & risk assessment
- Empathy and active listening
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Cultural competence and sensitivity
- Critical thinking and clinical judgment
