We are Recruiting - Commercial Executive !

The Commercial Executive is responsible for supporting the commercial strategy of the company by managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective implementation of sales and business development initiatives.
The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and maintain long term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Support the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Track sales performance, analyze commercial metrics, and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline commercial processes and reduce costs.
• Lead a team of subordinate commercial agents responsible for executing the commercial strategy for the designated division of the company's product portfolio.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business profitability. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with commercial contracts and legal terminology.
• Previous experience in local or international e-wallets.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
