We simplify the shopping journey by allowing customers to browse stores, search by category, place orders easily, and receive fast and reliable delivery. At the same time, we empower merchants with a structured onboarding process, operational support, and access to a wider customer base
Job Description
WideyMall is a growing Lebanese online marketplace connecting local shops and online businesses with customers across Lebanon. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to onboard new merchants and grow our partner network.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding shops — whether physical stores or online businesses — to join the WideyMall platform.
This role may include field visits, phone calls, social media outreach, and referrals, depending on the assigned zone and strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Contacting and approaching physical and online shops
Presenting WideyMall services clearly and professionally
Explaining the commission structure and partnership benefits
Handling objections and answering merchant questions
Collecting required shop information for onboarding
Following up with interested merchants
Achieving monthly onboarding targets
Building long-term relationships with shop owners
This is a results-driven role focused on merchant acquisition and market expansion.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who understand how to communicate effectively with shop owners in Lebanon and can build trust quickly.
Requirements include:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to approach both physical and online businesses
Confident and professional attitude
Target-oriented mindset
Comfortable using phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and in-person communication
Basic knowledge of Google Forms and Google Sheets
Organized and disciplined in daily reporting
Ability to work independently within assigned zone
Previous sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
