Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual institutional budget
  • Ensure regulatory and grant compliance across all funds
  • Optimize endowment and investment portfolio performance
  • Deliver timely financial reports to leadership and board
  • Reduce operational costs through strategic financial planning

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • 5+ years in higher education or non-profit finance
  • CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
  • Fund accounting
